Our Lean Turkey breast Mince comes individually vac packed and is produced in a controlled environment to ensure the quality comes through when cooking. To keep things simple and high in quality all we mince is boneless whole turkey crowns, we DO NOT include thighs, legs or any of the brown meat. This really is a premium Mince perfect for any dish and an alternative when avoiding red meat.
